Term Loan Facility
Amortized loan to partially finance the development of project or subdivision.
Acquisition of property for future project or development.

Term: Up to five (5) years
Interest rate: Prevailing market rate at time of availment.

Loan Line
Revolving credit line to partially finance the ongoing construction of housing/condominium units of your identified project. Or may serve as additional working capital.

Expiry of Line: Maximum of one (1) year depending on the business cycle.
Interest rate: Prevailing market rate at time of availment.

Contract to Sell (CTS)
To liquefy CTS receivables from accredited project/s.

Term: Remaining term of the contract or up to ten (10) years whichever is shorter.
Interest rate: Prevailing market rate at time of availment

HOUSING LOAN (July 2017)

AMA bank is offering a Housing Loan facility which can be utilized for the following purposes:
  • Purchase a residential House and Lot
  • Purchase of Lot, Residential Condominium and/or Townhouse.
  • House construction.
  • House Renovation/Improvements
  • Avail of a Multi – purpose loan using a property as collateral.

Who are qualified to borrow?

  • Employees of privately owned companies
  • Self employed individuals
  • OFWs

How much can an AMA Housing Loan client borrow?

  • Minimum loanable amount of Php 500,000.00.
  • Loanable amount of up to 90% of the Appraised Value (with HGC Guarantee).

Terms and Others

  • Loan terms for 5 years up to 15 years.
  • For multi-purpose loans and the maximum limit is 5 years.
  • For developer loans the maximum limit is 5 years.
  • Enjoy down payment option as low as 10%

  • Corporations, partnerships and sole proprietorships duly registered with government agencies

How much can an AMA SME Loan client borrow?

  • Minimum loanable amount of Php 500,000.00.
  • Loanable amount of up to 60% of the Appraised Value of the real estate property.

Terms and Others

  • Fully secured basis.
  • Loan terms up to 5 years
  • For Loan Line Facilities, one year renewable annually.
  • Enjoy competitive interest rates.

What are the Documentary Requirements?

-Completely filled out AMA Home Loan Application Form.
-Photocopy of 2 valid IDs with photo and signature (i.e. passport, driver’s license, company ID, etc.).
-Bank Statement for the last six (6) months.
-Photocopy of latest Income Tax Return (ITR) or W-2 Form/BIR Form 2316.
-Proof of income (Latest one (1) month payslip and Certificate of Employment with Compensation (COE)).
-Completely filled out Loan Application Form.
-General Information Sheet/Company Profile or History of Business and Stockholders Brief Background
-Business Registration/Permits.
-SEC Registration/DTI Registration.
-Articles of Incorporation/Partnership and By-Laws.
-Financial Statement (last 3 years: In-house and Audited Statements).
-Income Tax Return (ITR) for the last three (3) years.
-Bank Statement for the last six (6) months.
-List of Trade Suppliers / Address / Telephone No. / Contact Person (if applicable)
-List of reference Banks (Depository and Loans) / with contact details
OVERSEAS FILIPINO WORKERS (OFW)
-Contract of Employment & Compensation/Certificate of Employment.
-History of Employment/Latest Crew Contract (if Applicant is a Seaman).

-Copy of TCT/CCT.
-Updated Tax Declaration and Real Estate tax Receipts.
