President
Ambassador Amable R. Aguiluz V is
the pioneer of IT Education in the
Philippines
and is considered as the “Father of Computer Education".
He built the AMA Education System to a P6-billion conglomerate
with 200 schools and 150,000 students from its humble beginning of 13
students. He has
also started conquering
China
,
United States
and
Middle East
. Ambassador Aguiluz has been
the recipient of numerous honors which includes the Medallion of
Bahrain, the President's Medal of Merit, Canada Business Award and the Agora Award.
Presently, he is also serving as the President's Special Envoy to
the Gulf Cooperation Council. Ambassador
Aguiluz is a Business Administration graduate from the University of
the
Philippines
, received his Doctorate in Business Administration from
Columbia College

He has also successfully
completed the Top Management Program at

Vice-President & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Alejandro C. Soliman is a highly
experienced senior banker who has been in banking for 33 years. Before
joining AMA Bank, he was the Senior Vice President and Head of
Consumer Banking of Bank of Southeast Asia. He had held similar
positions in two other banks. He was the Vice President of UCPB
Savings Bank and Senior Manager of BA Finance Corporation where he
started his career in consumer banking. Mr. Soliman is the prime
architect of the car loan financing program which is the centerpiece
of AMA Bank's remarkable growth. He is a graduate of
Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting at De La Salle
University.

Victor S. Leal
Vice
President - Credit Legal & Collection
Atty. Victor S.
Leal assumes the position of Vice President for Credit, Legal and
Collection. He has been in banking for 28 years. Prior to joining AMA
Bank, he was the First Vice President of Bank of Southeast Asia. He
had held similar position in BA Finance Corporation and BA Savings
Bank as Assistant Vice President, respectively. He also had previous
stint as Senior Legal Officer, Office of the Assistant Secretary for
Legal Affairs at Department of National Defense. Atty. Leal holds a
Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Bachelor of Laws from Manuel
L. Quezon University. Presently, he is a member of the Integrated Bar
of the Philippines, Quezon City Chapter, Philippine Trial Lawyers
Association and Association of Bank Lawyers of the Philippines (ABLP),
Makati Chapter. |

Mr. Eduardo A.
Apacible has over 29 years of banking experience. Before joining
AMA Bank, he was the First Vice President of Bank of Southeast Asia.
He had held similar positions in three other banks. He was the Asst.
Vice President of UCPB Savings Bank, Asst. Vice President of Asian
Bank, and Senior Loan Officer of BA Finance Corporation. Mr. Apacible
holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Management from
Ateneo De Manila University. He also took MBA units from the same

Jugo has extensive experience in banking and finance for over 23
years. Before joining AMA Bank, he was the First Vice President and
Truck Section Head of ASB Finance. He also worked with BA Savings Bank
as Assistant Vice President for Commercial Vehicle Finance Group. Mr.
Hugo holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Letran

Mr. Jesus Albert G. Nebit has over 22 years of experience working with various financial institutions. Before joining AMA Bank, he was the Vice President for Consumer Lending Division of EastWest Bank handling real estate loans and salary loans. He also headed the Bancassurance Department of Philam-AIG in tie-up with major banks. He was also an Assistant Manager for Insular Life’s Direct Marketing Department and Bancassurance operations. Mr. Nebit holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ateneo De Manila University. He also took MBA units from the same University. |

Sinoro has been connected with the AMA Group of Companies for 26 years
where she held various positions. She has risen from the ranks

Rizal College. She also attended a Management Development Program at

is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of
the Philippines - Diliman. She also finished her Diploma in Industrial

Presently, she is continuing her Masteral Program from the same
University. Ms. Lungca has been in the HR profession for
more than 10 years. Ms. Lungca had passed the Auditor/Lead Assessor Course for ISO
given by SGS Yarsley International Certification Services and
certified by International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA). |
